Dear customer,

We have a strict policy of no refunds or exchanges for products delivered and accepted as per the original order. However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and provide images of the received product.

In the case of damaged items or products that do not match your order, they must be returned in their original packaging and unopened; otherwise, we cannot accept them. Please note that postage and return charges will not be refunded.

We require a minimum of 6-7 working days from the time we receive your damaged package or incorrect order for your refund request to be processed. We will contact you as soon as possible regarding your refund.
